Watercolour prints, floaty florals and summertime stripes – the latest catwalk trends in the new Patra collection
Our new Spring-Summer range has never looked better – with the most flattering cuts, the latest colours and highest quality fabrics – it’s a collection designed to make you feel chic, comfortable and stylish everyday.
We’ve taken key trends from the top designers and transformed them into stylish and versatile pieces for you to enjoy in the coming seasons.
Stand out in beautiful florals

Florals floated down many runways during the SS16 shows, with the likes of Alexander MacQueen and Ralph Lauren offering a variety of blossom-inspired designs. And our Spring / Summer collection is full of exclusive feminine prints incorporated into fresh styles that are ideal for warmer days.
What’s more, our designs work with you – by using textured Dobby Pure Cotton and Pure Noil Silk, these breathable pure fabrics will keep you feeling cool and comfortable whilst looking fantastic. Our soft Jersey Dress is a perfect example – easy to wear and available in a beautiful floral print.
Stripy summer days
Stripes are going to be a big trend this season. It was a look loved by designers such as Roksanda and one that we have incorporated into our new collection, From our relaxed Beach Trousers and Casual Skirt to our Cosy Pyjamas,

This casual classic look is perfect for lazy summer days. We’ve used our signature Seersucker Pure Cotton fabric with textured stripes, to give you cool and lightweight styles you can relax in. And by combining bright colours and pastel hues you’ll look fresh and vibrant all summer long.
Lace and chiffon
Delicate lace details add a bit of elegance to any top and our Soft Bamboo-Cotton Top with lace detailing to the v-neck is such an easy way to wear this look. Available in come in variety of colours, including Lilac, Azure and Ginger – it is one of those wardrobe essentials that just works so well.

As well as lace, chiffon was also a star on many SS16 catwalks, with many designers using layers of lightweight fabric to produce soft flowing looks. And at Patra our Chiffon Scarves and stunning Waistcoat Scarf are a great way to add a touch of gentle elegance to any outfit. In a combination of watercolour blends, these scarves are versatile accessories that add a new dimension to your daily style.
Our seasonal colours
Soft muted tones are set to be big this coming season and it’s a colour palette we’ve added to our Patra collection. We’ve used light yet warm shades such as Hot chocolate and Mocha in a range of tops, trousers and dresses in pure silk and soft cotton. These pale tones are simple to mix and match and work for both daytime and evening wear.

Following the theme of florals, many designers took inspiration from our lovely English gardens with palettes of Lavender, Lilac and Wisteria.
Our exclusive Patra prints for SS16 showcase similar tones, adding a cool touch to key cotton items like our most popular Summer Dresses and our Roll collar blouse. And the perfect accompaniment to a delicate floral top is a pair of lightweight Cotton pull-on Trousers – the ultimate in summer comfort.
Another nature-inspired colour trend is blue – Azure and Peacock nuances create a refreshing look that is essential for the warmer weather ahead. Our Pure Noil Silk Dress and Trousers are a must-have, available in beautiful prints and variety of colours.
